We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • The product must be in its original condition and packaging.

  • All accessories, chargers, keys, tools, and manuals must be included.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • The product must be purchased directly from MYHAMY.com.

Products damaged by misuse, improper assembly, modification, accidents, or unauthorized repairs are not eligible for return.

How to Request a Return

Please provide your order number, return reason, and photos or videos if the product is damaged or defective.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

For returns caused by product defects, shipping damage, missing parts, or incorrect items, MYHAMY will cover the approved return shipping cost.

For returns caused by personal reasons, such as changing your mind or ordering the wrong model or color, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable for non-quality-related returns.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Refund amounts may be reduced if the returned product is damaged, incomplete, excessively used, or missing original accessories or packaging.

Exchanges

Exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery and are subject to product availability.

For exchanges caused by personal preference, the customer is responsible for the related shipping costs.

For defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped products, MYHAMY will cover the approved exchange shipping costs.
